I have had the suction lights on 2 matching 36 gallon bow front tanks. The lights have been set on 24 hour cycle for 6 months. The beautiful red morning sets the mood for the day. The fish really respond to the changes in light as the day progresses. It does get dark so I still flip on the regular hood lights,for viewing. The fish don’t like the light. Programming was easy and I never mess with lights. On a couple of occasions the suction cups let go and the lights partially submerged. No big deal. Highly recommend.
